The Staff of Charlotte Braun Dance Studio  

Charlotte Braun Dance Studio was founded in 1949 by Mrs. Charlotte Braun.  Mrs. Braun trained hundreds of students not only in the art of dance,
but also in the importance of self-worth, discipline and dedication.  Her attention to detail, a demand for each student's best, and her infectious jovial spirit
infused generations of dancers who called this studio home.  The tradition of excellence continues at Charlotte Braun Dance Studio Inc., now owned and
operated by Mrs. Patty Nowak-Briggs.  "Miss Patty" is honored to carry on the strong traditions set forth by Mrs. Braun.

Mrs. Patty Nowak-Briggs -         As the Owner and Dance Instructor at Charlotte Braun Dance Studio,
                                                    Patty is a member of Dance Educators of America, Dance Masters of America,
                   Dance Masters of Ohio, and a graduate of Dance Masters of America Teacher's 
                   Training School.  She also has her bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences
                   (Athletic Training) from John Carroll University and her law degree from
                   Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of law.  Patty is also
                   a certified ZUMBA instructor.

                                                    Patty has been dancing since the age of two and teaching for over ten
                                                    years.  Growing up while attending Charlotte Braun Dance Studio has
                                                    allowed Patty to view first-hand the importance of a quality dance 
                                                    education accompanied by discipline and respect.                            

Mrs. Melissa Thomas-Edington -   As a Dance Instructor at the studio, Melissa began her dance training
                                                     at the age of four at Charlotte Braun Dance Studio, and also studied
                                  jazz dance from Dee Hillier.  Melissa earned her BFA in dance from
                                  the University of Akron, and has since danced her way onto broadway
                                  as a Radio City Rockette!

Kelly Muellauer -                         As the Office Manager of the studio, Kelly also studied dance at 
                                                    Charlotte Braun as a child.  She now has her own two children who 
                                                    study dance at the studio as well.
