The Staff of Charlotte Braun Dance Studio
Mrs. Patty Nowak-Briggs -
As the Owner and Dance Instructor at Charlotte Braun Dance Studio, Patty is a member of Dance Educators of America, Dance Masters of America, Dance Masters of Ohio, and a graduate of Dance Masters of America Teacher's Training School. She also has her bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences (Athletic Training) from John Carroll University and her law degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of law. Patty is also a certified ZUMBA instructor.
Patty has been dancing since the age of two and teaching for over ten years. Growing up while attending Charlotte Braun Dance Studio has allowed Patty to view first-hand the importance of a quality dance education accompanied by discipline and respect.
Mrs. Melissa Thomas-Edington -
As a dance instructor at the Studio, Melissa began her dance training at the age of four at Charlotte Braun Dance Studio, and also studied jazz
dance from Dee Hillier. Melissa earned her BFA in dance from the University of Akron, and has since danced her way on to Broadway as a
Radio City Rockette! Melissa is also the owner of Jeanitas Dance & Actionwear!
Becky Muellauer -
Becky is a graduate of the Studio, and of the dance program at Loyola University. Becky joins the Studio this year as a ballet and pointe teacher. We are
excited to have her share all she has learned!
Amanda Grega- Amandais a graduate of the Studio, and of the dance program at Ohio University. Amanda joins the Studio this year as a modern teacher. We are excited to have her share all she has learned!
Bridget Nowak - Bridget studied with Mrs. Braun as a child, and has been the Costume Coordinator since 2001 when Miss Patty, her daughter became the owner of the Studio.
Jackie Eichenmiller -
Jackie studied dance at Charlotte Braun Dance Studio throughout school and college and now her two daughters both currently study at the Studio also.
Jackie assists with running the day to day operations of the Studio, helps teach, and is the main Recital Coordinator.
Mindy Novatny - Mindy is our prop and set design coordinator, as well as parent coordinator.
